I have been using for about 5 months. Its a great product, plenty of space and well designed. It has not gotten rusty so far.
UPDATE August 2011: So now I have been using this rack for over a year and it has gotten a bit rusty. Not too bad, even if I use it every single day and put on it dishes that are still very wet. But it was bothering me a bit, so I disassembled it, applied an anti-rust product, washed, dried, and put together again.
I have searched in any possible place around the internet and I cannot find a single big two-layers dish rack that is made of stainless steel. Not sure why. Anyway I guess having to clean it from the rust once a year is not that bad, could be worse. I used this rack a whole lot because I cook everything from scratch so I always have lots of dishes and pots and I never have time / bother to dry them (hey thats what a dish rack aka drying rack is for... so I dont want to have to dry my dishes manually with a cloth!). The amount of rust on it after over a year was better than I had expected before buying it actually.

I had a 2 tier dish rack previously that I loved, I was looking for the same one but it had been too long and the company no longer made that item. I settled on this dish rack, simply because it was the closest I could come to the one I already had in terms of space (I have 3 small kids, so I run my dishwasher daily and do some dishes after each meal). I recieved the item in a timely manner, when the package arrived the ends of the metal racks where protruding from the box, but nothing was damaged or unusable. I put it together fairly easily. But I am disappointed with the final product. It looks cheap and rickety. The white platic portion on the bottom and the removable tray are cheap looking and I am wondering how long it will be before one of them cracks. The metal portion of the racks is super shiny and also cheap looking, and it is not sturdy. Every time I set a heavy dish on top of it I'm a little worried the whole thing is going to fall apart. I am assuming it will start to rust soon also. The end piece that holds the silverware appears dented in multiple places and also terribly cheap looking. I do like the cup holders on the end for small plastic cups that my kids use, but I wouldn't put a heavier glass or coffee mug on it, it's not sturdy enough. Every time I touch the dish rack the cup holders jostle around, so I'm sure a nice mug would not last long. So in closing, I am keeping this for now simply because I have not been able to find anything else to replace it with. Why is it so difficult to find a good, 2 tier dish rack?! I would not, however, recommend this to others. Especially at the price I paid. Way to expensive for what you get...
